Yoga Core: a Centered Approach to Arm Balances 

In this workshop we will explore a variety of ways to increase the strength of the abdominal wall and the muscles around the spine within the framework of a vinyasa sequence. Developing these muscles and understanding when to fire them is essential not only to master the challenging poses such as arm balances, but also to transition in and out of all poses safely with grace and fluidity. Thus, whether you’ve been hanging out on your mat for a few years or just a few months, this workshop will help you develop more strength and a deeper level of awareness within your practice.
